MEDALLION BRAND PARTLY SKIMMED MILK POWDER is a 100% dairy product with added Vitamin A&D.  It is equal to liquid whole milk in nutrition, less some butterfat and calories.  Medallion Brand Partly Skimmed Powder is 1.1% milk fat when reconstituted.

2.5 KG plastic bag - When directions are followed each bag makes 25 litres of liquid partly skimmed milk.

2 KG pouch bag (8 pouch bags per case = 16 kg) - When directions are followed each pouch makes 20 litres of liquid partly skimmed milk.  The pouch is designed to be used with a standard refrigerated counter top milk dispenser.  You simply add water to the pouch bag, mix, let stand overnight, then serve.
