| Medallion Brand Buttermilk Powder is the result of removing the water from the liquid buttermilk derived from the manufacture of sweet cream butter. Buttermilk powder adds a wonderful flavor to baked goods, especially breads, biscuits, and pancakes. It can also be reconstituted for drinking. The delicious smell of the powder always makes our stomachs rumble when we package it!
Packed in resealable foil pouches so that the powder has an unrefrigerated shelf life of 18 months. 500 grams of powder reconsitutes to 4.2 liters. |
